I can have Tony bring it to the meeting on Monday unless you want to pick it up earlier.

Brian
This looks fine. The condenser screens are part of the COA but we have begun installing
them to protect our property, so no approval as part of the COC is expected.

We agree to wash with a bucket of detergent water and a soft bristle brush
and rinse with a water hose. At this point no tuck -pointing will be
undertaken (we will verify before Monday if this is to be included in the
COA) I found the postcard in an item on-line about the Gracie House so I
assume someone bought it and showed it with the ebay sticker on it. We will
be removing shutters and cleaning and preping the east side of the house
this week.

The renovation of Fowler Square apartments is an exercise in updating units,
raising the finish level of the units and changing the mix of unit types. The interiors
of all units will have new cabinets and countertops, new paint and floor finishes
and new appliances, plumbing fixtures and accessories as needed. We have
budgeted approximately $8,000 per unit for these renovations, which will involve
64 units of the 76 total we will have at completion of the work. The other 12 units
will have more extensive renovations including new walls, electrical, hvac and
plumbing. The budget for these are almost $20,000 per unit.
These unit costs, including site work, bring our renovation budget to just over
$800,000. The appraised value of the complex for financing was $2,300,000.
