Project description is as follows:
1) Brick Repair.
a) No tuckpointing is included in this COC.
b) Do not sandblast or pressure wash brick surfaces. Wash with brush and mild detergent.
c) Seal hairline cracks with caulk. Prime and paint.
2) Trim Boards; Dentil work; Window and Door frames;
a) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same dimension,
shape and profile.
b) Wash with brush and mild detergent.
c) Caulk, prime, and paint.
3) Front Porch Tile repair
a) Clean the with appropriate cleanser, bo not pressure wash:
b) Re -grout as needed.
4) Shutters
a) Remove all wood shutters. Repair, repaint and reinstall. All missing shutters to be replaced
with matching shutters.
b) Wash with brush and mild detergent.
c) Caulk, prime and paint.
5) Rear Porch.
a) Shore up corner of porch. Remove columns, capitals, and trim as needed. Repair and/or
replace as required with materials of same dimension, shape, and profile.
b) Install new copies of original column bases and capitals at southernmost columns as noted on
plans.
6) Box gutters
a) Remove and replace all rotted wood with the same size and profile of wood utilizing same
techniques as original. Seal entire length and width of box gutter with "Peel & Seal"(TM), or
approved equal, to prevent further leaking.
b) Replace any rotted pieces of cornice and downspouts with materials of same dimension,
shape, and profile.
7) Outdoor Stair
a) Repair existing stair treads, risers, railings, and trim as needed with materials of same
dimension, shape, and profile.
8) Porch Railings and Widow's walk.
a) Repair damaged and replace deteriorated or missing balusters and rails with wood of same
dimension, shape and profile.
b) Wash with brush and mild detergent.

c) Caulk, prime, and paint.
9) Fencing around Air conditioner units
a) NO fencing around the air conditioner units is included in this COC.
(Locations of work is shown on attached drawings numbered A6.4 and A1.1)
