please tell me again who is the entity that owns the property.
Let me know if this is correct and I will send you an original. The building signs are not to be included in this COC, even
though they are stated on the sheet you sent me. Please take this off the sheet, if this is your submittal for the COC.
How many psi are you planning on using on the power washing of the brick. Mortar should not be damaged while doing
this. This needs supervision by you or someone you trust.

Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Soffit, Fascia, Trim Boards, Siding, and Window Shutter Repair
a) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same dimension,
shape, and profile.
b) Repair window shutters using same techniques, materials of same dimension, shape, profile,
and materials as original.
c) Caulk, prime, and paint.
2) Prep and paint gutters and downspouts.
a) Repair as required.
b) If replacement parts are used, replace with same size, shape, and materials as original.
3) Painting
a) Scrape, prime, and paint all wood surfaces on building.
b) DO NOT paint any brick or concrete surface.
4) Metal Rail and Stairs
a) Scrape, sand, and remove all rust from stairs and handrails.
b) If replacing sections of metal, use metal of same dimension, shape, profile, and materials as
original.
c) Prime and paint.
