Re: Request for approval of improvements @ 503 E. Sixth Street - Fowler
Square Apartments
Dear Mr. Minyard,
The attached drawing and photographs are the description of the fence that
we would like to install along the west property line of the Fowler Square
Apartment Complex. This fence is the first step in the redevelopment of the
Fowler Square property, which will include interior renovations of all of the
structures on the property.
The fence will be a wood privacy fence, 6' high, and will match the design of
the existing fence on the west side of this alley. The fence is to provide
separation and tenant safety from alley traffic and privacy from tfansients
moving in the alley. This fence will ultimately become part of a perimeter fence
and gate system that will include both new and existing fence sections.
Additional improvements, including any additions to the fence system will be
applied for in future applications.
