Re: Fowler Square Apartments
Brian,
The new owners of Fowler Square Apartments are preparing construction
documents and a construction plan for the apartments. We will be submitting
documents to the Historic District Commission in April and to the plan review staff for
building permits soon after that. In the mean time we would like to temporarily
secure the property and provide temporary construction staging area on the
property. The attached drawing shows location of a proposed 6' high chain link
fence that we would like to erect along 7th street immediately. This fence would
remain in place until 10 days after we receive a Certificate of Occupancy on the
last phase of the renovation. We expect that to occur in less than a year's time. With
your approval we intend to install the fence as soon as practical.
