I have also included a location map for the captions. . The items that I inventoried can be repaired and/or replaced within the confines of a COC — Certificate of Compliance. The Historic District Commission allows for maintenance of structures without going before the Commission in a public hearing context. We will need to get the details of the work to be involved before the COC is officially issued to you and before any work starts on the exterior of these structures.
