SUBJECT: Permit for Fowler Square Apartments, 603 E. 6th Street
This memo serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District
Commission to allow the contractor for the Fowler Square Apartments to obtain a
permit. I understand that the permit application is for the repair, maintenance and
painting of the structure and is part of the structure's regular maintenance and repair
routine. The normal maintenance and repairs are allowed within the local historic
district without a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA); as such, the application for a
permit should be approved.
