This serves as a reminder of the LRHDC meeting this Thursday, September 9, 2004 in
the Sister Cities Conference Room in. City Hall. The agenda meeting is slated
40to.begin at 4:30 p.m..and the .public hearing at 5:00p.m.
There are two new COA applications for your review.
