A covered patio, pool and hot tub have been constructed in the platted 10 foot rear setback and easement. There are no utilities in the easement. To the rear of the lot is a 100 foot open space and we believe this justifies the granting of a variance. Thank you for your assistance. The enclosures noted below are included.
