Hi Mr. Thrower,
In response to your questions:
- The porch will have a standard 16" soffit on the sides and front
- The porch structure will be made out of lumber framing members
- The porch will have a roughly 9' ceiling. The gable peak will extend approximately 3 to 4 feet
higher than the ceiling

• What materials will be used for construction?
