Dear Mrs. Slade,
On behalf of our client, we are proposing a variance to the Board of Adjustments. This
variance proposes an addition to the home with an open air connection that is les than 6
feet from the promary structure and less than 3 feet from a side setback. We believe this
addition and request is vaild in this siuation. Thank you for your time and consideration.
We are asking to be placed on the agenda for the Board of Adjustments meeting.
