It looks like you will need a variance from Sec. 36-156. - Height and area exceptions.
(2) Area.
b. All single- and two-family residences shall be separated from accessory structures by a
distance of not less than six (6) feet.
To construct an accessory structure closer than 6 feet from the primary structure.
And also a variance from
f. Accessory buildings shall maintain at least a three-foot setback from any side or rear yard
property line except where said rear yard abuts on a dedicated alley. No setback shall be
required for an accessory building upon the alley.
For a side yard setback less than 3-feet.
The filing date for the February hearing has already passed. (12-21-20)
However, the filing date for the 3-17-22 hearing will be 1-18-22

I have attached a survey with a proposed addition to a home.
The builder was told he would need a variance.
Do you know exactly what the variance would be on this property?
Can we get on the February agenda? What is the meeting date and deadline for application?
