Ball, P°onday, Nove,ber 12, 1951, at 2:00 P. M., with the following
members present:
Miss Emily Penton, Chairman

Docket No. 59-51 — Mrs. N. M. Whaley, 1100 Wolfe Street,
described as Lot 12, Block 20, Marshall and Wolfe's Addi—
tion, zoned "Ct' Two —Family District; requesting a waiver
of lot area, yard space, ::ni two buildings on one lot.
Mrs. Whaley was pr :sent -nd stated ~:hat she plans to 'huild a garage
apartment on the t:ack of her lot. There is a dollble garage on the lot
now which is about to frill and she plans to tear it completely do',.-n.
ASrs. .111,aley's lot line is where the hedge is. She said th, t th-_, building
will face llth Street. There will be a beauty shop down stairs and the -
beauty o,:!erator will live up stairs. There were no protests since all
of the neighbors approved.

ing waiver of yard space to build a Glass Slop.

Mr. Smith was present and requested a waiver of yard apace to build
a Glass Show. The property is zoned for OF" Commercial. 'Mr. Fosters
garage is located there now. 'fir. Smith plans to tear down the garage on
the property. The Glass Shop will cover the entire property. The build-
ing will be built out of concrete blocks. Mr. Smith will handle all kinds
of glass and ?wirrcrs. The building will extend completely out to the
property line.
This petition was unanimously approved.
Docket No. 54-51 - Mrs. Vinifred C. Pope, 2122 Mock Street,
described as Lot 8, and Block 1.11, Duval's Addition, zoned
MB" Residence District; re^uessin_- variation of zoneing re-
quirements to alter non-confor-ming building.
Since there was no one to represent this petition, the Board deferred
