M -2- Mr. Smith was present and requested a waiver of yard apace to build a Glass Show. The property is zoned for OF" Commercial. 'Mr. Fosters garage is located there now. 'fir. Smith plans to tear down the garage on the property. The Glass Shop will cover the entire property. The build- ing will be built out of concrete blocks.
