LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF ADJUSTMFM
The Little Rock Board of Adjustment met in the Council Chamber of the Oily Halle«i,
at 2t00 P. M. on March 18, 19576

The following members were presents•

Mr. Lloyd R. Pearce
Docket No. 2-57 - Rob H. Martin, 5213 "I" Street, described as
lot 4, block 48, Pulaski Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, zoned "A"
One -family District, requesting a variance
from the side yard provisions of Section 11
of that ordinance to permit construction of
a garage and utility mom on the south side
of residence, the east wall to extend in
line approximately 261 with the residence.
Mr. Rob Martin, property owner, was present explaining that his lot is trower
on the rear than on the front. He proposes to attach a garage to his house which
would be built approximately 2 1/2 or 3 feet from the side lot line,
The following questions were asked Mr. Martin: What do the neighbors think about
it, what kind of garage is planned, what would be the size of the proposed con�1'1e
struction, will he have a utility room? Mr. Martin reported no objection from any ct
his neighbors and that the proposed construction would be of concrete block with
steel door, concrete floor and wood roof, all on one level about 26, x 281 in size.
He also proposed a room for storage which would be necessary when the existing garaip
is removed.
No objectors were present and no objections were seen by the Board members and
Mr. Marak moved that it be approved, Mr. Baldwin seconded and the motion carried
unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 2:15 P. M,
