Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-9643 (4105 “A” Street – Williams PD-R) Development Staff Comments: 1. Will all three (3) proposed residential units be rented? 2. Site plan shows three (3) parking spaces along the alley. Cover letter notes four (4) parking spaces. Please clarify. 3. Ordinance requires a minimum of four (4) off-street parking spaces for three (3) residential units. 4. Will proposed parking be paved? 5. Will city trash collection be utilized? 6. Provide height of proposed accessory dwelling and parking structure. 7. Provide footprint of parking structure. Structure cannot extend into the alley right-of-way. 8. Will there be any exterior sight lighting? If so, provide details. 9. Staff will support no signage for the project.
