1. Will all three (3) proposed residential units be rented?
a. Response: Yes.
2.Site plan shows three (3) parking spaces along the alley. Cover letter notes four (4) parking spaces. Please clarify.
a. Response: Three (3) parking spaces will be provided, refer to edited cover letter and variance request.
3. Ordinance requires a minimum of four (4) off-street parking spaces for three (3) residential units.
a. Refer to cover letter and variance request.
4. Will proposed parking be paved?
a. No, parking will be a gravel parking pad. Refer to sheet A1.2.
5. Will city trash collection be utilized?
a. Response: Yes.
6. Provide height of proposed accessory dwelling and parking structure.
a. Response: The height of the accessory dwelling unit is 15’-6”, refer to sheet A4.1. There is no parking
structure.
7. Provide footprint of parking structure. Structure cannot extend into the alley right-of-way.
a. Response: There is no parking structure provided so that existing trees may remain, refer to sheet A1.2.
8. Will there be any exterior sight lighting? if so, provide details.
a. Response: No.
9. Staff will support no signage for the project.
a. Response: No signage was proposed.
