3 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO TOWNSHIP
4 BUILDERS, INC. FOR JERRY DR. (CANTRELL TO JEROME) STREET
5 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of Jerry Dr. (Cantrell
8 to Jerome), Bid No.05 -294; and
9 WHEREAS, Township Builders, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
13 Lasiter Construction, Inc. for the Jerry Drive Street Construction Project (Cantrell to
14 Jerome), under Bid No.05 -294.
15 Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds are available for the Jerry Dr. Street Reconstruction
16 Project (Cantrell to Jerome) are available in Account No. 314 - 220 -SR15 in the amount of
17 $366,179.00 ($332,890.00 plus 10% contingencies).
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
