county, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the Southeast corner
of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North 01 Degree 20 minutes East along the East line of
said NE1/4 SW1/4 594.9 feet to the South right of way of Cantrell road, also known as
State Highway 10; thence North 74 degrees 40 minutes West along said right of way
33.3 feet to the North most Northwest corner of the Carl Harrod Tract and to the Point of
Beginning; thence South 01 degrees 20 minutes West, along the Carl Harrod Tract,
parallel to and 30 feet from the East line of said NE1/4 SW1/4, 322.88 feet to the Carl
Harrod Tract; thence North 77 degrees 51 minutes West along the Carl Harrod Tract

said Right-of-Way line, a distance of 32.79 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South
03°07'14" West, a distance of 322.81 feet; thence North 76°05'08" West, a distance of
192.25 feet; thence South 02°47'13" West, a distance of 15.65 feet; thence North
75°35'17" West, a distance of 192.71 feet; thence North 03°05'37" East, a distance of
386.66 feet; along a curve to the left having a radius of 16,517.00 feet, and are length
of 349.04 feet and a chord which bears South 70°26'17" East 394.03 feet; thence South
03°06'16" West, a distance of 10.41 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.119
acres, more or less.
