Sellers understand that Buyers intend to initiate steps to modify the zoning
classification to more commercial use, including zoning appropriate for
retail use. In consideration of the Buyer's purchase of the property, Sellers
agree not to contest any of buyer's, or buyer's subsequent assignees attempts
to change the zoning classification. Neither Sellers, nor their immediate
families, shall contest, or encourage others to contest, such attempts to
change the zoning classification.
