Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-9642 (18021 Cantrell Road)   Development Comments: 1. Provide site plan which is not overlayed on an aerial map. 2. Label 40-foot front buffer line and 100-foot front building line as required by the Highway 10 DOD. 3. Request variance for reduced front setback for canopy structure over point of service area. 4. Clearly label dumpster location on site plan and note to be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. 5. Provide signage plan. All signage must comply with Section 36-346(f). 6. All site lighting just be low-level and diverted away from adjacent properties. 7. Request variance for second driveway (see engineering comments). 8. Request variance for driveway width (see engineering comments).
