The purpose of this letter is to formally resubmit the Application for a Planned Zoning Developmentfor the Project listed
above. The responses to the comments are as follows:

•The extension of the 6" main to provide a fire hydrant was removed due to hydrant being located within 400
feet of the property. No access is needed to be provided.
