Regarding your deferred item Z-9642:
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the January 13, 2022, Planning Commission Meeting.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than December 29, 2021, to all owners of lands
lying within 200 feet of the property boundary.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than
December 31, 2021:
1. Proof of notification (Notice form completed).
2. Copy of Abstract List.
3. Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).
