We want to make sure we get the notices mailed on-time for the 30-days’ notice requirement; if the December 9th hearing date is accurate, that gives us a deadline of November 9, correct? Good afternoon Monte, I’ve attached what I’ve prepared for our public notice as required in the PCD application process. Please review the details of the notice for correctness and/or provide guidance on any revisions needed. My main concern is discerning if the Dec. 9th hearing date is correct for our Oct. 18th submission. I’m working on getting our title company started on a mailing list for that and I thought I’d double check.
