I appreciate the heads up. I will follow up for the updated notice form.
We want to make sure we get the notices mailed on-time for the 30-days’ notice requirement; if the
December 9th hearing date is accurate, that gives us a deadline of November 9, correct?
Thank you for your help,
Connor Sutton

Good afternoon Monte,
I’ve attached what I’ve prepared for our public notice as required in the PCD application process. Please
review the details of the notice for correctness and/or provide guidance on any revisions needed. My
main concern is discerning if the Dec. 9th hearing date is correct for our Oct. 18th submission.
Thanks
Connor Sutton

Subject: Notice of Public Hearing - Rezone Application for 18021 Cantrell
Good afternoon Monte,
I’m taking care of some of our action items leading up to planning proceedings and was wondering, how
large is the radius dictating which property owners we must notify of the coming rezone request? I’m
working on getting our title company started on a mailing list for that and I thought I’d double check.
Thank you,
Connor Sutton
