My clients, Bryan Hosto and Larry and Middleton have an agreement with the Harrods that they will not contest future commercial use for the property they bought from the Harrods back in 2005. Bryan explained on the front end that their intended use for the property would be for commercial and he wanted to get in front of any issue they could potentially cause. He is willing to talk to the zoning staff to attest as a witness of the conversations he had with the Harrods to make sure everyone knows that the neighbors are not blindsided or uninformed or misguided of the fact that this property would eventually be developed for commercial use. Please let me know if you have any trouble communicating this to the city.
