Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9480-B (218 N McKinley Street – Integrated Psych Solutions – Revised POD)
Development Staff Comments:
1. Previously requested hours of operation are 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday. Will this remain
the same for this application?
2. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Staff will
support no lighting on the rear of the building or between the rear of the building and the rear
(west) property line.
3. Will there be any fencing on the site? If so, show on site plan with height and type of
fencing.
4. Describe how trash will be collected.
5. Any signage must comply with Section 36-553 of the zoning ordinance (signs permitted in
office zones).
6. How many doctors will be located within the building? Minimum parking required – six (6)
spaces per doctor.
7. Provide cross-section through property (east/west) showing building/building addition and
relation of property to the elevation of the property immediately to the west.
