That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from POD, 13 Planned Office District, to Revised POD, Planned Office District: 14 Z-9480-B: Described as a piece of land 87.5 feet north to south by 150 feet east to 15 west commencing at a point fifteen (15) feet west and 490 feet south from the northeast 16 comer of the W1/2 of the N1/2 of the NEIA Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 13 17 West; thence running south 87.5 feet; thence west 150 feet; thence north 87.5 feet; 18 thence east 150 feet to the point of beginning, all in the W1/2 at the NI/2 at the NE1/4 19 Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski 20 County, Arkansas. 21 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock 22 Planning Commission. 23 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Integrated Psych Solutions 24 Revised POD, located at the 218 North McKinley Street (Z-9480-B), is conditioned upon obtaining final 25 plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of 26 Ordinances. 27 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 28 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 29 Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 30 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 31 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and [Page I of 21 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 Section 7. Repealer.
