Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Sorry for not responding earlier. I thought I had addressed these items in the application. Regardless, the applicant agrees that any site lighting will be low-level and directed away from the adjacent properties. In fact, the site plan has the proposed new buildings placed in a ring around the subject property so that these new buildings back up to the adjacent properties. Site lighting will be low level building mounted lights that illuminate the drive lanes. We typically do not light the rear of the buildings. We do not anticipate any new signage for the two (2) acres unless you include unit numbers in your definition of new signage. If so, the unit numbers will be mounted to the roll up door facing of each new self-storage unit. The will be 66" above the finished floor and they are not lighted. Regarding the Engineering comments, we have engaged Thomas Engineering to provide the Grading and Drainage Plan and drainage calculations. We understand that certain permits will be required for Storm water and grading and we will comply.
