HomeMy WebLinkAbout22110 1#11111111111111111111111111111 2022025619 PRESENTED 04-12-2022 09 31 38 AM RECORDED:04-12-2022 09:39:07 AM ORDINANCE NO. 22,110 In Official Records of Tern Hollingsworth Circuit/County Clerk 2 PULASKI CO,AR FEE$20.00 3 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO.20,865(APRIL 15,2014), 4 AND TO REVOKE A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TITLED 5 . 10TH AND MCMATH SHORT-FORM PCD, AND TO RECLASSIFY 6 PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST 10TH 7 STREET AND MCMATH AVENUE(Z-3218-A),IN THE CITY OF LITTLE 8 ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 WHEREAS,Ordinance No.20,865 was passed on April 15,2014,rezoning the property located at the 11 southeast corner of East 10th Street and McMath Avenue from UU, Urban Use District, to PCD, Planned 12 Commercial District,AND establishing the 10th and McMath Short-form PCD; and, 13 WHEREAS,the property owner has requested that the PCD be revoked and the prior UU zoning be 14 restored;and, 15 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes and I open position, 16 at its February 10,2022,meeting has recommended that the 10th and McMath Short-form PCD be revoked 17 and the property reclassified to UU,Urban Use District. 18 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 19 ARKANSAS. 20 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 20,865 is hereby repealed, removing from the Official Zoning Map 21 the classification PCD,Planned Commercial District,titled 10"'and McMath Short-Form PCD and the UU, 22 Urban Use District, zoning is restored to the property described as southeast corner of East 10th Street and 23 McMath Avenue to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas. 24 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 25 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 26 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 27 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 28 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 31 ordinance. 32 Section 4.
