encroachment into front yard
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ACTION: THE BOARD VOTED TO APPROVE THE
REQUESTED VARIANCE. ( 4 ayes - 0 noes - 1 absent)
Staff Recoimiendation: The applicant proposes an addition to
this residence which will encroach into the front yard
approximately 6 feet. This will leave a setback of 19 feet _+
which is about the same as that provided on the residence to
the west. The only structure on this side of Evergreen other
than the two referenced is a house which faces North Taylor
Street to the east. That house has a side yard on Evergreen
and is about 10 ft. from the street right-of-way. The staff
would recommend the approval of the variance request as it
does not appear that the addition would adversely affect the
area.
The applicant was present.
There were no objectors present.
