Title: House of Three Family Care Facility - SUP; 8900 Shiloh Drive
1. Provide information on total square footage of residence. Section 8-406 (a) of the City’s Building
and Building regulations Ordinance (minimum area per dwelling unit) requires 150 square feet
for the first occupant and 100 square feet for each additional occupant.
2. Provide information on sleeping accommodations. Provide number of bedrooms and number of
residents per bedroom. Section 8-406 (b) (minimum area per bedroom) requires 70 square feet
for the first occupant and 50 square feet for each additional occupant.
3. Will any of the residents have vehicles? Property contains a two-car garage and driveway space
for four (4) vehicles. Provide information on where residents and/or care givers will park.
4. No signage will be allowed with this type of residential use.
Note: Response to comments, revised site plans/surveys, if applicable, are due no later than February
10, 2021.
