Thank you for the courtesy email. Unfortunately, the letters did not get sent before I left for a
vacation. I did not return and see your email reminder until yesterday, March 25.
I assume that this means that we'll need to postpone our request until the April meeting. Is that
correct?
I'm very sorry for the extra work.

Commission Hearing on April 8, 2021.
The certified receipts must have a postmark date of 03/24/21.
