ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN
4 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
5 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
6 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK, ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-9561: Described as part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
13 of Section 18, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
14 being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast
15 corner of the said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence N
16 89°24'31" W, 330.16 feet; thence S57115'15" W. 509.91 feet to the POINT OF
17 BEGINNING; thence S71°38'04" E, 293.12 feet; thence S21123'32" W, 339.00
18 feet; thence N66122'28" W, 383.70 feet; thence N1142'32" E, 49.00 feet; thence
19 N14°50'32" E, 51.80 feet; thence N34°52'32" E, 42.30 feet thence N48147'32"
20 E, 66.10 feet; thence N54°37'32" E, 132.89 feet to the POINT OF
21 BEGINNING; said described tract containing 2.74 acres, more or less.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
was not originally a part of the ordinance.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
