Thank you for calling me back yesterday and going over our submittal. Attached is the revised preliminary plat that
addresses your comment regarding the new lot area being 1.11 acres, not 0.11 acres.
To address Vince's comment about the access easement width, the width varies between 23.5'-24'. Since it will be
through an existing parking lot, we were bound by the driveway width of the existing facilities.
Please let me know should you or anyone else reviewing have any comments or questions.

Good morning Monte,
Is there anything regarding the AR Urology Replat that you need from us at this time, or is there an update on the
application we submitted on 4/27? Just want to make sure we have all our ducks in a row since the subdivision
committee meeting is this Wednesday, assuming they are still having the meeting on 5/13?
Any info is greatly appreciated.
