I don’t think this will be a problem, I’m not sure how deep the 20’ dedication leaks into the property. But please provide reference to code number, and/or if adopted by a document incorporated into code, provide the code reference, document name, page number and paragraph mandating dedication. Also describe the injurious impact of the proposed development sought to be remedied by the dedication and how the dedication will be used by the city. 3. I’ll need some guidance on this, but am willing to work through it. 4. Alley will be left in a complete, stable and usable state 5.
