Pursuant to your request, we have searched the records of the Circuit CIerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
to November 24th at 7:00 A.M. as to the ownership of properties within 200 feet of the following

seconds West for 97.10 feet chord distance along said railroad right of way to a point; thence North 06
degrees 27 minutes 25 seconds West for 68.02 feet chord distance along railroad right of way to a point
on the South Easement line of an 8 inch sanitary sewer line; thence North 86 degrees47 minutes West for
165.46 feet along said sanitary sewer line to a point; thence North 87 degrees 14 minutes 55 seconds West
for 363.28 feet along said sanitary sewer line to a point; thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 09 seconds
West for 366.09 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 15 minutes 25 seconds East for 182.99 feet along
West Markham Street to a point; thence South 88 degrees 15 minutes 25 seconds East along said West
Markham Street 177.01 feet to the point of beginning.

Markham Street: The South 30 feet of the West 364.5 feet of Block 5, Worthen's Subdivision, Little

minutes 35 seconds East for 64.57 feet along said closed alley right of way line to a point; thence North
89 degrees 34 minutes 55 seconds West for 152.56 feet to a point, being the apparent Northwest corner of
Lot 1, Block 5, said Union Depot Addition; thence South 02 degrees 28 minutes 39 seconds West for
266.71 feet along the East right of way line of an open alley to a point being the apparent Southwest
corner of Lot 6, Block 5, said Union Depot Addition; thence South 02 degrees 28 minutes 39 seconds
West for 50 feet across West 2nd Street to a point on the South right of way line of West 2nd Street;
thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West for 114 feet along said South right of way of line of
West 2nd Street to the point of beginning.

Warranty Deed filed for record November 24, 1993 and recorded as Instrument No. 93-81353, records of
Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Little Rock in Quitclaim Deed filed for record January 3, 2000 and recorded as Instrument No.
