Property Address: 1903 Marshall Street Little Rock 72202
I would like to rezone the property listed above from R-4 to PD-C with the intent of using it as a
BED and Breakfast. I will serve tea, coffee, and pastry. I do not live at this property I live
approximately 3 blocks from this property.
The reason that I’m interested in the property becoming a bed &breakfast is that I have a brother
and family members who visit Little Rock often and I would like for them to have a comfortable
place to reside. I would also like other tourists to have access to the property if they choose to do
so. Also having the property as a bed breakfast allows me to have access to cleaning and
maintaining the inside of the property regularly as compared to rental long-term this option is
not feasible.
The Property has 3bedroom, 2 baths, a Living room, and a kitchen area. It has a one (1)parking
area in the back yard and several parking spaces on the front street. The garbage will continue to
be picked up every Thursday by the Little Rock waste Management.
