Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, February 14, 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to tthrower@littlerock.gov for review.
RE: Z-9665 (1903 Marshall Street – Beyah Short-Term Rental – PD-C)
Development Staff Comments:
1. Will the entire residence be rented as a single unit or will individual bedrooms be rented
separately?
2. Off-street parking is required as follows:
● One (1) space required if residence is rented as a single unit.
● One (1) space per room if rooms to be rented individually.
3. Will the minimum stay per quest be less than fourteen (14) days?
4. Verify that no changes will be made to the exterior of the existing structure (room additions,
etc.).
5. Any sight lighting shall be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Any signage must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs
permitted in single-family and two-family zones).
