Staff will review your response to comments as we process your application and will contact you if additional information is needed. You asked… Also, if I was to die and in the future my immediate decides to do long term month-to-month rental to section 8 or other tenants will they have to return to the planning commission to reverse this application if it is approved? If approved, a s long as the owner adheres to the site plan approved by the Planning Commission and Board of Directors the property will maintain its use. If different uses or intensity are proposed by new owner, the PD-C would have to be revised.
