THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE FOR EVERY RESIDENT OF ST. CHARLES, NO MATTER WHAT STREET YOU LIVE ON. The POA Board opposes short-term rentals in St. Charles as a disruption to the neighborhood. Please submit your opinions to the LR ZONING COMMISSION. EVERY VOICE MATTERS. Failure to submit your opinion to the Little Rock Planning Commission could affect you and your property values. The SPECIAL USE PERMIT is for a BED & BREAKFAST BUSINESS. A PUBLIC HEARING for this application will be held by the Little Rock Planning Commission VIRTUAL VIA WEBEX ONLY on MARCH 10, 2022 at 4 PM CST Interested parties may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above mentioned time by registering in one of the following ways: NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING TIME, email written comments/written statement or any presentation material to: lrzoning@littlerock.gov, including associated time names or file numbers. The comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission.
