Arthur Street – Vogler Accessory Dwelling – Conditional Use Permit) Development Staff Comments: 1. Show parking pad in rear yard area on the revised site plan. 2. A minimum of two (2) off-street parking spaces is required. Parking will comply with ordinance standards. 3. A variance has been requested, as neither dwelling will be occupied by the property owner.
