Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, February 14, 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to tthrower@littlerock.gov for review.
RE: Z-9663 (2220 N. Arthur Street – Vogler Accessory Dwelling – Conditional Use Permit)
Development Staff Comments:
1. Show parking pad in rear yard area on the revised site plan.
2. A minimum of two (2) off-street parking spaces is required. Parking will comply with
ordinance standards.
3. A variance has been requested, as neither dwelling will be occupied by the property owner.
