RE: Z-9658 (3608 Oakwood Rd. – McLeod Duplex – Conditional Use Permit) Development Staff Comments: 1. A minimum of three (3) off-street parking spaces is required for a duplex. 2. Can garage be used for parking? If not, can more than two (2) cars be stacked in the driveway area? 3. Request a variance for reduced parking if three (3) off-street spaces cannot be provided.
