Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, February 14, 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to tthrower@littlerock.gov for review.
RE: Z-9658 (3608 Oakwood Rd. – McLeod Duplex – Conditional Use Permit)
Development Staff Comments:
1. A minimum of three (3) off-street parking spaces is required for a duplex.
2. Can garage be used for parking? If not, can more than two (2) cars be stacked in the
driveway area?
3. Request a variance for reduced parking if three (3) off-street spaces cannot be provided.
