Here is my reply to the planning staff comments.
1. I now understand the requirement for a minimum of 3 parking spaces for a duplex.
2. My garage has room to park two cars. So, I can park my one vehicle in the garage and allow
for two additional spaces in the driveway.
3. I will only request a variance if necessary.
