Subject: Duplexes
I, Ken Davis, own properties in that area. I would like to upgrade the
neighborhood by building a set of modern duplexes. I would like to build
two duplexes on lots 4 and 5 on Block 5 in the Johnson Addition
neighborhood. The duplexes will have two bedrooms and two full
bathrooms. The duplexes will consist of architectural roofing, siding and
three foot brick fronts. The parking will include driveways for two cars
per apartment and a visitor's parking spot for each duplex. Thanks
