Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-9657 Davis Duplexes – Conditional Use Permit 3110 West 16th Street   Development Comments: 1. Provide new site plan to scale, clearly showing property lines at street. 2. Show building setbacks to all property lines on site plan. 3. Provide building height (one or two stories). Buildings cannot exceed height of 35 feet. 4. Provide building elevation or typical elevations. 5. Show proposed parking at driveway(s) on the site plan. Staff suggests that parking be located in the rear yard area. Consider one (1) driveway from west 16th street, extending between the two duplexes int the rear yard area. 6. Will all of the dwelling units be rented?
