Good afternoon applicants,
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the February 10, 2022, Planning Commission Meeting.
Please use the attached agenda to verify your case file (Z) number and name,
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than January 26, 2022, to all owners of lands
within 200 feet the boundary of the property.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than
January 28, 2022:
1. Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Hearing Form)
2. Copy of Abstract List. ( Name and address of all property owners within 200 feet of
application property must be from Abstract Company )
3. Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).
