We kindly request the approval of a Special Use Permit to rent a portion of our home as a short
term rental. Our home is located in the Hillcrest neighborhood at 400 N. Palm Street, Little
Rock, AR 72205. This residence is our primary home. The short term rental space can
accommodate 2 people. It includes a sitting area with a couch and tv, and private bedroom
and bathroom. The short term renter would have access to parking in the rear alley, therefore
not congesting street parking.
Both of us are healthcare professionals and have seen the growing need for providers in our
city. As more and more traveling healthcare professionals are coming through Little Rock, we
feel called to help and provide a safe space for short term renters.
