RE: Property at Sibley Hole Rd and Mabelvale Pike,
Mabelvale, Arkaasas
LITTLE PLANNING COMMISSION
Please find 18 copies of our site plan. Also, fine 3 copies of a survey.
We plan to move our church to this building once it is open.
We would like to remove all trees from the site. The neoghbors in Pinedale Cove have been ask
about the existing tree. It seems that they have a lot of limbs fall from the existing large trees.
We will plant street trees at 30' intervals along all streets. We will plant shrubs at 10' intervals
between the street trees.
We will plant small trees and shrubs along the Pinecove Subdivision to block vehicle headlights
from shining onto that property.
We also plan to construct a parvilion at the site shown on the plans. This will be at a later date.
The City has already taken right of way off our property for use in widening Pabelbvale Pike and
constructs round about at the intersection of Mabelvale Pike and Sibley Hole Road
We have been unable to locate a Bill of Assurance for this property.
