Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9646 (38 Point West Circle – Berryhill Bed and Breakfast – Special Use Permit)
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide cover letter addressing the proposed bed and breakfast, including specifics on how
the bed and breakfast will operate:
a) Maximum length of stay.
b) Number of rooms to be rented.
c) Maximum occupant per room.
d) Will meals be provided?
2. The ordinance states that the owner must provide one (1) paved off-street parking space per
guest room and one (1) additional space for the resident. Provide parking detail. Consider
widening the existing driveway to a two-car width.
