This notice is provided to inform owners within a 200-foot legal notification boundary of issues that may affect their neighborhood. A public hearing for said application will be held by the Little Rock Planning Commission Virtual via WebEx only on:__February 10,___, 2022 at 4:00pm CST. Interested parties may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above mentioned time by registering in one of the following ways: •No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email written comments/written statement or any presentation material to lrzoning@littlerock.gov, including associated item name(s) or file number(s.) The comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission. OR • Approximately one (1) week prior to the public hearing, a link to the WebEx meeting will be placed with the current Planning Commission Agenda on the City's website at www.littlerock.gov. •To attend the public hearing via WebEx you must click on the link between 3:30 p.m. the day of the meeting and the time that the meeting is called to order by the Chairman (approximately 4:00p.m.). Once the meeting is called to order, it will be closed to any further attendees. •Please be advised that if you leave the WebEx meeting after it is called to order, you will not be able to re-enter. • For further information on meeting protocol, you may contact the Department of Planning and Development staff at (501) 371-4790, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. THE ONLY WAY TO ATTEND AND ADDRESS THE COMMISSION WILL BE VIA WebEx INVITATION AS NOTED ABOVE. Project applications and related information are available for visual review in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. Interested parties are invited to contact the Planning and Development Department by phone at (501)371-4790 to discuss application details or make arrangements to review available information.
