Mr. Moore,
Please accept this submittal for response to staff and Development comments for the
Proposed Retail Store to be built at 1105 Fair Park Bvld.
In addressing the comments for Zoning and Landscape from Tracy Spillman, we
became aware of needing an additional variance for the Reduction of the 7.8’ Street
Buffer for Zoning to 6.9’ to match the Street Buffer for Landscape, along the 11th
Street Frontage. We have updated our information sheet attached to add that
additional variance.
We hope our response to each items addresses the comments to made. If you need
